Compliance with Federal Labor Laws. Any credit afforded under the terms of this Agreement is subject to satisfactory compliance with applicable Federal labor laws covering non-Federal construction, including, but not limited to, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148 and 40 U.S.C. 3701-3708 (labor standards originally enacted as the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Xxxxxxxx Anti-Kickback Act), and credit may be withheld, in whole or in part, as a result of the Non-Federal Sponsor’s failure to comply with its obligations under these laws.
Compliance with Federal Labor Laws. In undertaking construction and relocations, the Non-Federal Sponsor shall comply with applicable Federal labor laws covering non-Federal construction, including, but not limited to, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148 and 40 U.S.C. 3701-3708 (labor standards originally enacted as the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Xxxxxxxx Anti-Kickback Act) The Non-Federal Sponsor’s failure to comply with these laws may result in the Government denying, in whole or part, inclusion of the Non-Federal Sponsor’s costs for relocations and construction of an increment of work in construction costs.
