Compliance with Health & Safety Legislation. i) The parties to this Agreement recognize and shall comply with applicable federal, provincial and municipal Health & Safety Legislation and Regulations such as the Workers Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and regulations established under WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Material Information System). ii) The Employer shall ensure the adequate direction and instruction of workers in the safe performance of their duties.
