Compliance with Labor Laws. a. Prevailing Wage Rate Law. The Contractor and each Subcontractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local labor laws with regard to minimum wages, overtime work, hiring and discrimination including, without limitation, NRS Chapter 338.
