Compliance with Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant(s) agree to observe and comply with all the Rules and regulations as specified in the lease; such other and further rules and regulations as the Landlord or his managing agent may from time-to-time deem necessary or appropriate for the safety and cleanliness of the premises, for the preservation of good order, and the peace, comfort, quiet and convenience of other occupants of nearby dwellings.

Compliance with Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Landlord has established reasonable rules and regulations (“Rules and Regulations”), which are attached hereto as Exhibit F, for the management, safety, care and cleanliness of the Building and for the convenience of all occupants and tenants of the Building. Tenant, together with all other persons entering or occupying the Premises at Tenant’s request or with Tenant’s permission, including but not limited to Tenant’s invitees and customers, shall comply with the Rules and Regulations and any violation thereof shall be a default under this Lease by Tenant. Landlord reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations at any time and from time to time.
Compliance with Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant agrees to comply with (and cause its agents, contractors, employees and invitees to comply with) the rules and regulations attached hereto as Exhibit "F" ("Rules and Regulations") and with such reasonable modifications thereof and additions thereto as Landlord may from time to time make provided said additions/modifications are reasonable and are uniformly applied to all tenants. Landlord shall not be responsible for any violation of said rules and regulations by other tenants or occupants of the Building or Project, but shall nevertheless apply and enforce said Rules and Regulations equitably to all tenants.
Compliance with Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. The Tenant agrees to comply with all lawful rules and regulations promulgated by the Landlord from time to time, provided notice thereof is given in accordance with the procedure for notice set forth in Paragraph 22 hereof.
Compliance with Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Landlord has established rules and regulations, (“Rules and Regulations”) for the use, management, safety, care and cleanliness of the Center and for the convenience of all occupants and tenants of the Center, which are set forth on Exhibit “B”. Tenant and Tenant’s invitees, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, suppliers, subtenants, if any, and customers, shall comply with the Rules and Regulations and any violation thereof by Tenant or Tenant’s invitees, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, suppliers, subtenants, if any, and/or customers shall be a default under this Lease by Tenant. Landlord reserves the right without prior notice to Tenant to amend the Rules and Regulations at any time and from time to time.

  • Compliance with Rules and Regulations PFPC undertakes to comply with all applicable requirements of the Securities Laws and any laws, rules and regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction with respect to the duties to be performed by PFPC hereunder. Except as specifically set forth herein, PFPC assumes no responsibility for such compliance by the Fund or any other entity.

  • Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of state, federal, municipal, or other agencies or bodies having jurisdiction over use, condition, and occupancy of the Leased Premises. Tenant must use and maintain the Leased Premises in a clean, careful, safe, and proper manner and in compliance with all Applicable Laws, including Applicable Laws pertaining to health, safety, disabled persons, and the environment; provided, however, that Tenant shall not be required to make any structural changes or repairs to the Leased Premises unless the need for such structural changes or repairs is caused by Tenant, its agents, employees, invitees, or others for whom Tenant is responsible pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Lease. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere in this section, it is expressly agreed and understood that Tenant’s obligation to comply with all Applicable Laws does not apply to any violations of Applicable Laws that (a) were in effect and (b) were being violated or with which the Leased Premises was not in compliance immediately prior to the time Tenant accepted the Leased Premises, including without limitation any existing environmental contamination. Tenant will comply with the rules and regulations of the Leased Premises adopted by Landlord in its reasonable discretion. All such rules and regulations and changes and amendments thereto will be sent by Landlord to Tenant in writing and shall thereafter be carried out and observed by Tenant.

  • Compliance with OFAC Rules and Regulations (a) None of the Credit Parties or their Subsidiaries or their respective Affiliates is in violation of and shall not violate any of the country or list based economic and trade sanctions administered and enforced by OFAC that are described or referenced at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/offices/enforcement/ofac/ or as otherwise published from time to time.

  • Common Areas - Rules and Regulations Lessor or such other person(s) as Lessor may appoint shall have the exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and shall have the right, from time to time, to establish, modify, amend and enforce reasonable rules and regulations (“Rules and Regulations”) for the management, safety, care, and cleanliness of the grounds, the parking and unloading of vehicles and the preservation of good order, as well as for the convenience of other occupants or tenants of the Building and the Project and their invitees. Lessor shall not be responsible to Lessee for the non-compliance with said Rules and Regulations by other tenants of the Project.

  • BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations shall apply, where applicable, to the Premises, the Building, the parking facilities (if any), the Property and the appurtenances. In the event of a conflict between the following rules and regulations and the remainder of the terms of the Lease, the remainder of the terms of the Lease shall control. Capitalized terms have the same meaning as defined in the Lease.

  • PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations govern the use of the parking facilities which serve the Building. Tenant will be bound by such rules and regulations and agrees to cause its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees to observe the same:
