University Rules. All promotions, special assignments and reclassifications of employees shall conform to University rules to ensure fair, equitable and consistent consideration for all. Employees may provide constructive written recommendations through the Ohio Labor Council to the Chief of Police. Special assignments for the purpose of this section shall include, but are not limited to: K9, Detective, Administrative Sergeant, Community Police Sergeant, Field Training Officer (FTO), Officer-In-Charge (OIC) and Instructor.

  • Safety Rules 5.01 The safety rules of the State having jurisdiction shall be observed by the parties hereto. It is recognized that the Employer has the exclusive responsibility for providing a safe and healthful workplace. To assist the Employer in maintaining an effective and continuing safety program, a permanent Joint Safety Committee shall be established, consisting of two (2) members from the Union and two (2) members from the Employers, who shall meet at regular times to administer educational instructions, investigate serious accidents, and to draft appropriate safety rules. Such rules as adopted by this committee, shall become a part of this Agreement.

  • COMPANY RULES Company requires Students, while participating in the clinical program, on Company property or in a Company vehicle, to meet all standards of appearance and conduct required by Company of it’s own employees. Company reserves the right to refuse to allow any Student to participate in the clinical program for failure to comply with Company standards.

  • University Policies Contractor shall, at no additional cost to the University, comply with all policies and procedures of the University.   • WORK RULES A. No employee shall be under the influence of any drug or alcohol while the employee is working or while the employee is on the Employer's premises or operating the Employer's vehicle, machinery, or equipment, except pursuant to a legitimate medical reason or when approved by the Employer as a proper law enforcement activity.

  • HIPAA Rules “HIPAA Rules” shall mean the Privacy, Security, Breach Notification, and Enforcement Rules at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164.

  • Health and Safety Standards Contractor shall abide by all health and safety standards set forth by the State of California and/or the County of Xxxxxx pursuant to the Injury and Illness Prevention Program. If applicable, Contractor must receive all health and safety information and training from County.

  • Contractor Work Hours and Safety Standards Contractor shall ensure compliance with all safety and hourly requirements for employees, in accordance with federal, state, and County safety and health regulations and laws.
