Compliance with Laws Requiring Accommodation. The Medical Center and the Association further agree that the Medical Center shall be permitted to take any and all actions necessary to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act or any other law requiring accommodation of employees in the workplace. If such actions necessitate violation of a provision of this Agreement, then the parties agree to bargain with regard to the effect of such action on other bargaining unit employees.
