Compliance with Laws Requiring Accommodation. The Medical 16 Center and the Association further agree that the Medical Center shall be permitted to 17 take any and all actions necessary to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act or 18 any other law requiring accommodation of employees in the workplace. If such actions 19 necessitate violation of a provision of this Agreement, then the parties agree to bargain 20 with regard to the effect of such action on other bargaining unit employees.
