Compliance with Lending Agreements. (a) Project Co shall keep the Lending Agreements in good standing to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this Project Agreement and the Project Documents, and shall ensure that none of the terms and conditions of the Lending Agreements shall prevent Project Co from performing its obligations under this Project Agreement or the Project Documents.
