Compliance with Licenses. You agree that upon request from Avigilon or its authorized representative, You will, within thirty (30) days of such request, fully document and certify that Your use of any and all Software at the time of the request is in conformity with Your valid license(s) from Avigilon. You agree to use Your best efforts and to take all reasonable steps to safeguard the Software to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access thereto and that no unauthorized copy or distribution, in any form, of the Software shall be made.
