Compliance with Non-Discrimination Laws and Regulations. 5.3.1 Nondiscrimination. (06/19) Pursuant to all City, State, and federal non-discrimination and civil rights laws, Contractor, with regard to the work performed by it during this Contract, shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, national origin, including limited English proficiency, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, religion or non-religion, disability, marital status, family status, or source of income, including in employment practices, the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment.
