Compliance with OPM Agreement. Medical Group shall comply with all requirements in the OPM Agreement which are applicable to Medical Group as a subcontractor of PacifiCare as a result of this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, Medical Group shall ensure that all provisions of the OPM Agreement which are applicable to Medical Group’s Participating Providers are included in Medical Group’s subcontracts with its Participating Providers. A copy of the OPM Agreement shall be provided to Medical Group concurrent with the execution of this Agreement.

  • Compliance with Plan This Option is subject to, and the Company and the Holder agree to be bound by, all of the terms and conditions of the Plan as it shall be amended from time to time, which are incorporated herein by reference.
