Compliance With Policies Newmont Premises. The provisions of this Section shall apply only if, in the course of performing any of the Services, Supplier or any Supplier Party is present on Newmont Premises. In such event, Supplier shall ensure that it and each Supplier Party present on any Newmont Premises act in strict accordance with this Section 7.
