Compliance with the Agreement 16. (a) Within 10 days of this Agreement, the board of directors of the Bank shall appoint a committee (the “Compliance Committee”) to monitor and coordinate the Bank’s compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Compliance Committee shall include a majority of outside directors who are not executive officers or principal shareholders of the Bank, as defined in Sections 215.2(e)(1) and 215.2 (m)(1) of Regulation O of the Board of Governors (12 C.F.R. §§ 215.2(e)(1) and 215.2(m)(1). At a minimum, the Compliance Committee shall meet at least monthly, keep detailed minutes of each meeting, and report its findings to the board of directors of the Bank.
Compliance with Terms and Conditions Registrar shall comply with each of the following requirements, and further shall include in its registration agreement with each Registered Name Holder, as applicable, an obligation for such Registered Name Holder to comply with each of the following requirements:
Non-compliance with the Clauses and termination (a) The data importer shall promptly inform the data exporter if it is unable to comply with these Clauses, for whatever reason.

Compliance with the Law The Parties agree to comply fully with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations applicable to their entity in connection with the programs contemplated under this Agreement.
Compliance with the Law and Changes in the Law 45.1 The Contractor shall, in complying with all obligations incumbent upon it in terms of the Framework Agreement or any other contract with the Authority, comply in all respects with, and shall ensure that the Contractor’s agents, employees and representatives whomsoever comply with the Law.
Certification of Compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act When appropriate and to the extent consistent with the law, Vendor certifies that it will comply with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6321 et seq; 49 C.F.R. Part 18) and any mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in applicable state energy conservation plans issued in compliance with the Act. Does Vendor agree? Compliance with Texas Privacy Laws and Regulations In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, the LEA and the Provider shall comply with all Texas laws and regulations pertaining to LEA data privacy and confidentiality, including but not limited to the Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and Texas Government Code Chapter 560.
Compliance with Statutes The Borrower and its Subsidiaries are in compliance in all material respects with all applicable statutes, regulations and orders of, and all applicable restrictions imposed by, all governmental bodies and have all necessary permits, licenses and other necessary authorizations with respect to the conduct of their businesses and the ownership and operation of their properties except where the failure to so comply or hold such permits, licenses or other authorizations could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACT All matters related to the operations of the Company not specifically addressed herein must be addressed in accordance with the Act. The Company must comply with all other provisions of the Act in order to stay compliant with the law.
