Compliance with this Article. No assignment of this Lease, subletting of the Premises as an entirety or substantially as an entirety or Transfer shall have any validity except upon compliance with the provisions of this Article 10.
Compliance with this Article. (a) If a dispute arises between the ACA and the ACB out of or in relation to this Agreement, other than in relation to the results of an audit performed under Article 5, (“Dispute”), a party may not commence any litigation proceedings relating to that Dispute unless it has first complied with this Article.
