The College and the Association agree to comply with all regulations made pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act, or any other statute of the Province of British Columbia pertaining to the safe working environment of faculty members. i. A faculty member has the right to remove her/himself from any situation in which she/he perceives an immediate threat of violence. A faculty member has the right to remain away from the situation in question until such time as the College has taken action to resolve the situation. ii. A faculty member who takes action under (a) must report the fact as soon as possible, along with relevant details, to her/his Responsible Administrator. iii.
