Selection of Coordinators Sample Clauses

The Selection of Coordinators clause establishes the process by which individuals or entities are chosen to act as coordinators for a project or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for selection, the authority responsible for making the appointment, and the scope of the coordinators' responsibilities. For example, it may specify that each party designates a primary point of contact to manage communications and oversee the implementation of agreed tasks. The core function of this clause is to ensure clear lines of responsibility and communication, thereby facilitating efficient project management and reducing the risk of misunderstandings.
