CompliancewithLaw. 17.9.1 DespiteanythingcontainedinthisAgreementbutwithoutprejudicetothisArticle,if any provision of this Agreement shall bein deviation or inconsistent with orrepugnant to the provisions contained in the Electricity Act, 2003, or any rules andregulations made there under, such provision of this Agreement shall be deemed tobe amended to the extent required to bring it into compliance with the aforesaidrelevantprovisionsas amended fromtimetotime.
CompliancewithLaw. Except to the extent that it would not reasonably be expected to cause a Material Adverse Effect, it is not in violation of or in default under any Law.
CompliancewithLaw. Except to the extent that it would not reasonably be expected to cause a Material Adverse Effect, (i) neither any Project Company nor the Facility has (A) been in violation of or in default under any Law (including any Environmental Law) or (B) received any notice or other communication (whether written or, to Seller's knowledge, oral) from any Governmental Authority or other Person regarding any actual, alleged, possible, or potential Environmental Claim or violation of, or failure to comply with, any Law, and (ii) no event has occurred or circumstance exists that (with or without notice or lapse of time) may constitute or result in a violation by any Project Company of, or a failure on the part of any Project Company to comply with, any Law (including any Environmental Law). 18
CompliancewithLaw. It is not in violation of or in default under any Law, the effect of which, individually or in the aggregate, would reasonably be expected to hinder or prevent it from performing its obligations hereunder.
