Best Practice NB strives to ensure that inter-country adoptions are in children's best interests and seeks to prevent the sale, exploitation, abduction, or trafficking of children. Payment for a child or an inducement to release a child for adoption is strictly forbidden. NB does not compensate any individual providing adoption services with an incentive fee or fee contingent on each child located for adoption. NB's employees, coordinators, and prospective adoptive parents are prohibited from giving money, gifts, bribes, or other consideration directly or indirectly to any person or entity, including any biological relative or caregiver of a child, as payment for a child or as an inducement to release a child for purposes of adoption.
FAIR PRACTICES The Union agrees to maintain its eligibility to represent all employees by continuing to admit persons to membership without discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sex or marital status and to represent equally all employees without regard to membership or participation in, or association with the activities of any employee organization. Best Practices The Recipient acknowledges they may or may not have access to the Owner’s Confidential Information and agrees that it shall not directly or indirectly divulge, disclose, or communicate any of the Confidential Information to any third party, except as may be required during any formal business association or dealings on behalf of the Owner for any event, with the prior written approval of the Owner. The Recipient acknowledges that no license of the Confidential Information, by implication or otherwise, is granted to the Recipient by reason of this Agreement. Additionally, the Recipient acknowledges that it may only use the Confidential Information in connection with its business dealings with the Owner and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of the Owner.
Good Utility Practice The Interconnection Customer shall construct, interconnect, operate and maintain its Small Generating Facility and construct, operate, and maintain its Interconnection Facilities in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule, and in accordance with this Agreement, and with Good Utility Practice.
Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund all or a portion of the contract. The contractor will comply with all applicable Federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.
Settlement Practices The Custodian shall provide to each Board the information with respect to custody and settlement practices in countries in which the Custodian employs an Eligible Foreign Custodian described on Schedule C at the time or times set forth on the Schedule. The Custodian may revise Schedule C from time to time, but no revision shall result in a Board being provided with substantively less information than had been previously provided on Schedule C.
Compliance with Governmental Regulations Landlord and Tenant shall comply with all rules, regulations and requirements promulgated by national, state or local governmental agencies or utility suppliers concerning the use of utility services, including any rationing, limitation or other control. Tenant shall not be entitled to terminate this Lease nor to any abatement in rent by reason of such compliance.
Consistency with Federal Laws and Regulations This Agreement shall incorporate by reference Section 22.9 of the CAISO Tariff as if the references to the CAISO Tariff were referring to this Agreement.
Scope of Practice The scope of practice of the Nurse Practitioner is determined by the context in which: The Nurse Practitioner is authorised to practice. The Nurse Practitioner therefore remains accountable for the practice for which they directed; and the professional efficacy whereby practice is structured in a nursing model and enhanced by autonomy and accountability. The Nurse Practitioner is authorised to directly refer clients/residents to other health professionals, prescribe medications and order diagnostic investigations including pathology and plain screen x-rays. Nurse Practitioners exhibit clinical leadership that influences and progresses clinical care, policy and collaboration through all levels of health service. Employees who are new to the industry and/or have less than three months work experience in the industry may be classified at this level. This level is designed solely as an entry level. An employee at Aged Care Level One will only be eligible for progression to Aged Care Level Two if, the employee: (a) has completed three months continuous employment; and (b) has performed basic duties. The pay points under each classification at Clause 18 – Minimum Weekly Wages have been established to assist employers to understand how existing employees will be paid under this agreement.
