Comply with Quality Management Program. Fitness Center shall comply with the Quality Management Program and shall cooperate with ASH Fitness in ASH Fitness’ administration of its grievance procedures, which can be found in the Program Manual, including procedures to resolve complaints or grievances filed by Members with ASH Fitness as they pertain to Fitness Center and its responsibilities under this Agreement.
