Procurement Standards. The Subgrantee, through its authorized representative, certifies the unit of government below has written procurement policies and standards that are compliant with the requirements set forth in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Uniform Requirements, 2 C.F.R. §§ 200.317-326, and OJP Financial Guide, Section 3.8.
