Program Requirements The parties shall comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements established in 49 CFR Part 26.
Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse.
B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.
Training Requirements Grantee shall:
A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS;
B. Appropriately budget funds in order to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure that staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met; and
C. Ensure that staff hired for HIV and syphilis testing are trained to perform blood draws within three (3) months of employment.
Subcontract Requirements As required by Section 6.22(e)(5) of the Administrative Code, Contractor shall insert in every subcontract or other arrangement, which it may make for the performance of Covered Services under this Agreement, a provision that said subcontractor shall pay to all persons performing labor in connection with Covered Services under said subcontract or other arrangement not less than the highest general prevailing rate of wages as fixed and determined by the Board of Supervisors for such labor or services.
Child Abuse Reporting Requirement Grantee will:
a. comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse.
b. develop, implement and enforce a written policy that includes at a minimum the System Agency’s Child Abuse Screening, Documenting, and Reporting Policy for Grantees/Providers and train all staff on reporting requirements.
c. use the System Agency Child Abuse Reporting Form located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/Contact Us/report abuse.asp as required by the System Agency.
d. retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.
Subcontractor Requirements The Supplier must ensure that any subcontract entered into for the purpose of this Agreement contains an equivalent clause granting the rights specified in this clause.
ORDERING REQUIREMENTS Eligible Purchasers shall order Goods and/or Services from this Contract, consistent with the terms hereof and by using any ordering mechanism agreeable both to Contractor and Purchaser but including, at a minimum, a purchase order. When practicable, Contractor and Purchaser also shall use telephone orders, email orders, web- based orders, and similar procurement methods (collectively “Purchaser Order”). All Purchase Orders must reference the Contract number. The terms of this Contract shall apply to any Purchase Order and, in the event of any conflict, the terms of this Contract shall prevail. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, in no event shall any ‘click-agreement,’ software or web-based application terms and conditions, or any other agreement modify the terms and conditions of this Contract.
EDD Independent Contractor Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the state.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Contractors. An independent Contractor is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies. Forecasting Requirements 19.5.1 The Parties shall exchange technical descriptions and forecasts of their Interconnection and traffic requirements in sufficient detail necessary to establish the Interconnections necessary for traffic completion to and from all Customers in their respective designated service areas.
Testing Requirements 12.1. Workplaces -

On workplaces where the value of the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $5,000,000, and represents at least 50% of the total construction project value or the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $10,000,000 (irrespective of its proportion of the total construction project value) the following minimum testing requirements must be adhered to.
