Work Expectations. You enter into this agreement knowing that there will be no modification to your workload or job expectations to accommodate an alternative work schedule. As such, if the City determines that this program is detrimental to your performance or negatively impacting job expectations, it may be terminated with a ten (10) day minimum notice.

During the period of closure, unit members will continue to be paid as described above and they will be expected to perform or be prepared to perform duties as required by the School District either at school buildings or remotely consistent with any such Orders or Guidance from SED as is described below. Any assigned work will be consistent with the unit member’s normal job duties. However, unit members may volunteer to support the community effort of supporting students by engaging in actions that are not consistent with their normal duties.
Work Expectations. All full-time employees are expected to fulfill their responsibilities and complete their work each week. Normal office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm. Full-time employees will be required to work on Sunday mornings. Sunday morning start times depend on the campus at which you are serving. Because we never want a volunteer outworking us, we consider some of our Sunday hours as volunteer hours. We consider Sundays as a 4 hour work day for our staff. As employees and leaders, we are expected to set the pace and example for others who work and serve at the local church. It is expected that salaried employees work 40-50 hours a week depending upon position. Specific expectations will be presented to each employee in their Offer of Employment letter.

Consistent with this agreement, the employee pledges to make every good faith effort to perform the work required as a teleworker in a proactive, professional manner, maintaining standards of quality and service established by the County. The employee further pledges to follow required work schedules and procedures as outlined by the County. The employee acknowledges by signing this agreement that he/she is subject to the same performance standards and is expected to satisfy all job responsibilities and performance requirements of his or her position. The employee agrees to meet with management as often as management requests to review this Agreement, the employee’s performance, and any other reason as deemed appropriate by his or her supervisor. The employee further acknowledges that his/her performance must remain in the category of “Acceptable Performance” or above to remain in the telework arrangement. I have read this Agreement and the County Telework Guidelines and agree to the obligations, responsibilities and conditions described in both documents.
