Comprehensive Assessment. Each Participant shall receive, and be an active participant in, a timely comprehensive assessment of medical, Behavioral Health Service, Community-based or Facility-based LTSS, and social needs completed by a registered nurse (RN). The Comprehensive Assessment must be completed in accordance with the timelines and requirements outlined in the IDT Policy.
