Common use of Comprehensive Assessment Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive Assessment. 1) Begin assessment of client within one (1) week of client registration and complete assessment within thirty (30) days. Areas of assessment should include, but not be limited to: mental health issues, medical need; understanding of HIV transmission factors; substance use; financial needs; social support, emotional support, legal issues, education and employment, and spirituality. 2) Conduct ongoing reassessments based on client’s need but at minimum of once every twelve (12) months.
