Common use of Comprehensive Plan Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive Plan. No later than December 31, 2006, the County and Cities will consider the adoption of Comprehensive Plan amendments to address school concurrency matters, including: (1) A Public Schools Facilities Element, pursuant to Sections 163.3177(12) and 163.3180, Florida Statutes. (2) Changes to the Intergovernmental Coordination Element necessary to effectuate school concurrency methodologies and processes, as provided herein. (3) Changes to the Capital Improvements Element necessary to effectuate school concurrency methodologies and processes, as provided herein.
