Comprehensive Rating. The purpose of this category is to provide the evaluating supervisor with an opportunity to make a comprehensive rating of the secretary. Using the rating indicators of Excellent, Good, Satisfactory and Unsatisfactory, the rating supervisor is to indicate that rating which he or she feels best presents a comprehensive view of the secretary. Additionally, this comprehensive rating shall be accompanied by statements which support and explain the rating.   • Comprehensive Evaluation The Comprehensive evaluation is a growth-oriented, teacher/evaluator collaborative process that requires teachers to be evaluated on the eight (8) state criteria. A teacher must complete a Comprehensive evaluation once every six (6) years. Subsequent years they will be evaluated on a Focused evaluation, unless they have received a Basic or Unsatisfactory rating on their final comprehensive summative evaluation. Then they shall continue using the Comprehensive evaluation for the following year. All teachers during their provisional status must be on the Comprehensive evaluation.

  • Comprehensive Insurance The Employer agrees to provide comprehensive insurance covering tools, reference texts and instruments owned by the employees and required to be used in the performance of their duties at the request of the Employer.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Contractor shall have and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage during the entire term of the Contract, against claims arising out of bodily injury, death, damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use thereof, and including underground, collapse and explosion (XCU) and products and completed operations in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the general aggregate.

  • Trauma Insurance All employees will be covered by an Incolink administered lump sum insurance policy providing financial compensation in the event of a major work related (ie. WorkCover) accident resulting in death or permanent total disablement. The full and precise conditions of this cover will be in accordance with the terms of the policy, but in general will provide that, in the event of a workplace accident occurring which results in either the death or total permanent disablement of a worker covered by this Agreement, a lump sum payment as specified below will made. The defined payments are: With dependants $250,000 Without dependants $150,000 This benefit has been agreed to by the company on the grounds that premium costs have been set at $7 per week/worker and will not exceed that amount. In the event of insurance costs rising, it is agreed that the table of defined benefits will be reduced so as to maintain the $7 premium figure. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee.
