Compulsory Sale Notice. (a) If a Compulsory Transfer Event occurs in respect of a Shareholder (the "Seller" for the purposes of this potential Transfer), the Seller shall give notice of such event to the other Parties. Notwithstanding the Seller's compliance with the foregoing notice requirement, any other Shareholder (the "Buyer" for the purposes of this potential Transfer) may deliver notice (a "Sale Notice" for the purposes of this potential Transfer) to the Seller (copied to the other Parties):
