Transfer Notice At least two (2) Business Days before each Acquisition Date, the Administrator shall deliver to the Depositor, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee a Transfer Notice for the Additional Receivables to be transferred and absolutely assigned on that Acquisition Date, which will specify the Additional Receivables Transfer Amount, and will have delivered with it an electronic file containing the Schedule of Receivables; and
Right of Refusal The proposing vendor has the right not to sell under the awarded agreement with a TIPS member at vendor's discretion unless required by law.
Lay-off Notice In cases of lay-off, the Company will give as much notice as possible.
Recall Notice Notice of Recall or available position may be made in person or by U.S. Mail, return receipt requested. It is the responsibility of each laid off employee notify the Sheriff of his/her current address.

Public Notice The Discharger understands that this Stipulated Order will be noticed for a 30-day public review and comment period prior to consideration by the Central Valley Water Board, or its delegee. If significant new information is received that reasonably affects the propriety of presenting this Stipulated Order to the Central Valley Water Board, or its delegee, for adoption, the Assistant Executive Officer may unilaterally declare this Stipulated Order void and decide not to present it to the Central Valley Water Board, or its delegee. The Discharger agrees that it may not rescind or otherwise withdraw its approval of this proposed Stipulated Order.
Layoff Notice (a) The Employer shall give regular full-time and regular part-time employees the following written notice of layoff or normal pay for that period in lieu of notice:
