COMPUTATION OF FEES AND COMPENSATION. The City agrees to pay the Consultant, and the Consultant agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, fees computed by one or a combination of the methods outlined above, as applicable, in the following manner: LUMP SUM Compensation for a Scope of Work can be a Lump Sum and must be mutually agreed upon in writing by the City and the Consultant and stated in a Work Order. Lump Sum compensation is the preferred method of compensation.
