Computation of Seniority - Part-Time and Temporary Employees. Seniority of part-time and temporary employees shall be determined on the basis of the number of months worked, i.e., one hundred fifty-two (l52) hours equals one (l) month. (Months are determined by multiplying the number of hours in the work week by fifty-two (52) and dividing by twelve (l2). This definition of month to apply to the computation of seniority only.)
