Conceptual Design of the scrapper plate Sample Clauses

Conceptual Design of the scrapper plate. The BADGER robot is a drilling system, which should be able to work in different soil conditions. The drilling is intended to be performed in clay and sand, and in a second step to be performed in harder formations as well. Thus for BADGER, the soil will be crushed mechanically by the use of a scraper. The removal of the cuttings in the annular gap between the BADGER robot and the borehole wall by means of a drilling fluid is out of question, since the annular gap at the end of the BADGER robot is closed by the 3D printer to be developed. Thus, only the transportation of the cuttings through openings in the scraper disc into the drill head interior comes into consideration. From there, further transport through the center of the BADGER robot to the surface must be insured. Figure 5 shows two principal structures of such a scraper. One goal of the BADGER project is the integration of an ultrasonic unit to support the mechanical drilling process. This unit can be placed in the center of the scraper with a conical structure, as shown in the right side of Figure 5¡Error! No se encuentra el origen de la referencia..

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When Southern Telecom or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port. 3.8.2 An unloaded 2-wire copper Loop must serve the End User. The meet point for the Voice CLEC and the Data LEC is the point of termination on the MDF for the Data LEC's cable and pairs. 3.8.3 The foregoing procedures are applicable to migration to Line Splitting Service from a UNE-P arrangement, BellSouth Retail Voice Service, BellSouth High Frequency Spectrum (CO Based) Line Sharing. 3.8.4 For other migration scenarios to line splitting, BellSouth will work cooperatively with CLECs to develop methods and procedures to develop a process whereby a Voice CLEC and a Data LEC may provide services over the same Loop.

Tenant shall have no right to make any Tenant Improvements that would materially alter the exterior appearance of the Building or the Building systems without Landlord’s prior approval. Landlord shall have fifteen (15) days after receipt of the CDs in which to review the CDs and in which to give Tenant written notice of its approval of the CDs or its requested changes to the CDs in reasonably sufficient detail so as to allow Tenant to make the requested changes (provided that Landlord shall not be permitted to request a change that is inconsistent with the Preliminary Plans). If Landlord requests any changes to the CDs, Tenant shall make such changes and shall, within fifteen (15) days of its receipt of Landlord’s requested changes (if any), submit the revised portion of the CDs to Landlord. Landlord shall have five (5) business days after receipt of the revised CDs in which to review said revised CDs and in which to give to Tenant written notice of its approval of the revised CDs or its requested changes thereto. This process shall continue until such time, if at all, that Landlord approves the CDs in accordance with this Section 2. Tenant shall at all times in its preparation of the CDs, and of any revisions thereto, act reasonably and in good faith. Landlord shall at all times in its review of the CDs, and any revisions thereto, act reasonably and in good faith.
