CONCERTED REFUSAL TO WORK. 2.1 If a Unit member participates in any manner in any strike, sympathy strike, work stoppage, slowdown, sick-in, or other concerted refusal to work or participates in any manner in any picketing or impediment to work in support of any such strike, work stoppage, slowdown, sick-in or other concerted refusal to work or induces other Unit members or employees of the City to engage in such activities, such Unit member shall be subject to discharge by the City.
