CONCESSION AND CONCESSION PERIOD. 3.1 In consideration of the Manager’s obligations contained in this Agreement and relying on the Managers warranties and representations contained herein, the Authority, subject to the terms of this Agreement, hereby grants to the Manager and authorizes it, for the duration of the Concession Period, to implement the Project and to operate, maintain the Project Assets and exercise and enjoy the rights, powers, benefits, privileges, authorizations and entitlements as set forth in this Agreement(the “Concession”).
