Concessionaire Requests Sample Clauses
The 'Concessionaire Requests' clause defines the process by which the concessionaire may formally submit requests to the grantor or relevant authority during the term of a concession agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the types of requests that can be made—such as requests for extensions, modifications, or approvals—and specifies the required format, supporting documentation, and timelines for submission and response. By establishing a clear procedure for handling such requests, the clause ensures efficient communication and decision-making, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and delays in the execution of the concession.
