Concurrent Contractor Delays. If a delay is caused for any reason provided in 12.1.A. or as a result of an extension of time provided by Change Order, and during the same time period a delay is caused by Contractor, the date for performance shall be extended as provided in 12.1.A. but only to the extent the time is or was concurrent.
