Claims by Employees. In claims against any person or entity indemnified under this Section 9.1 by an employee of the Contractor, a Subcontractor, anyone directly or indirectly employed by them or anyone for whose acts they may be liable, the indemnification obligation under Section 9.1.A. shall not be limited by a limitation on amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for the Contractor or a Subcontractor under workers’ compensation acts, disability benefit acts or other employee benefit acts.
Claims by Employees. No past or present Employee (or any employee of a predecessor in business) has any claim or right of action against the Company including (but not limited to) any claim: (a) in respect of any accident or injury which is not fully covered by insurance; or (b) for breach of any contract of service or for services; or (c) for loss of office or arising out of or connected with the termination of his office or employment; or (d) under any legislation applying in England and Wales affecting contractual or other relations between employers and their employees or workers, including but not limited to any legislation and any amendment, extension or re-enactment of such legislation and so far as the Vendor is aware any claim arising under European treaty provisions or directives and no event or inaction has occurred which could or might give rise to any such claim of which the Company is aware.

Claims by Employees. AND INSURANCE The ISO shall be solely responsible for and shall bear all of the costs of claims by its own employees, contractors, or agents arising under and covered by, any workers' compensation law. The ISO shall furnish, at its sole expense, such insurance coverage and such evidence thereof, or evidence of self-insurance, as is reasonably necessary to meet its obligations under this Agreement. Additionally, the ISO will procure insurance or other alternative risk financing arrangements sufficient to cover the risks associated with the ISO carrying out its obligations, including the obligation to indemnify the Transmission Owners. The ISO shall provide the Transmission Owners with the details of such insurance and shall have them named as additional insureds to the extent of their insurable interests. ARTICLE 25: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 25.01
