Condition of Continued Employment. All present employees covered by this agreement who are not members of the Bargaining Agent’s labor organization who do not make application for membership therein within the 30 calendar days of the effective date of this agreement shall, as a condition of continued employment, pay to the Bargaining Agent an amount equal to the initiation fee and/or monthly dues or a service fee in lieu of dues to the Bargaining Agent as a contribution toward the administration of this agreement. New employees shall be allowed 30 calendar days after employment in which to comply with this requirement. Any employee who fails to comply with this requirement shall be discharged by the Employer within seven calendar days after receipt of written notice from the Bargaining Agent. (Mont.
