Common use of Conditional Re-opener Clause in Contracts

Conditional Re-opener. In the event the Health Insurance Review Committee or the Risk Manager recommends plan modification to the County Administrative Officer and the parties (i.e., Union and the County) agree on the modifications, the parties will reopen this Agreement to allow implementation of the agreed upon modifications.

Conditional Re-opener. In the event the Health Insurance Review Committee or the Risk Manager Human Resource Director recommends plan modification to the County Administrative Officer Officer, and the parties (i.e., Union Association and the County) agree on the modifications, the parties will reopen this Agreement to allow implementation of the agreed upon modifications.
