Conditions for use of the Grant. 3.1 The Partner Country acknowledges that this Agreement is subject to and incorporates by reference the terms and condi- tions of the Framework Agreement, including its Appendices, in full. In particular: – Pursuant to Article 2 (Conditions for use of the Grant/CHP Support Grant) the Grant made available by CEB shall be used exclusively for the Sub-Project. – The Grant shall not be used for financing non-eligible ex- penditure as outlined in Appendix G hereto. – The Sub-Project shall be implemented in accordance with Article 2 (Conditions for use of the Grant/CHP Support Grant) and Article 4 (Country Housing Project undertakin- gs) of the Framework Agreement. – Pursuant to Article 7 (Consequences of failure to comply) of the Framework Agreement in the event of failure to comply with the provisions of Article 2 (Conditions for use of the Grant/CHP Support Grant) and Article 4 (Country Housing Project undertakings) of the Framework Agreement, CEB reserves the right to suspend, cancel or request immediate repayment of the Grant. Before such a claim is made, con- sultations shall be held between the Parties. – Na temelju Smjernica za nabavu Razvojne banke Vijeća Europe, zemlja partner xxxx Razvojnoj banci Vijeća Eu- rope dostaviti plan nabave za potprojekt koji je odobrila Razvojna banka Vijeća Europe. – Na temelju Odluke Skupštine donatora, od xxxx 11. li- stopada 2013. godine, određen je maksimalni rok od 18 mjeseci od kada Skupština donatora potvrdi bespovratna sredstva do realizacije prve isplate Razvojne banke Vijeća Europe zemlji partneru, a koja se odnosi na odgovarujući Sporazum o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava za odobreni potprojekt. Ako se isplata za ovaj Sporazum o dodjeli bes- povratnih sredstava ne izvrši do 11. travnja 2015. godine (18 mjeseci od 11. listopada 2013.), Skupština donatora, ukoliko će smatrati potrebnim, može (i) otkazati odobre- na bespovratna sredstva za ovaj potprojekt i (ii) usmjeriti sredstva u korist nekog drugog potprojekta. – Na temelju Odluke Skupštine donatora, zemlja partner će također pribaviti potvrdu UNHCR-a o tome da se ciljna skupina korisnika sastoji od starijih i nemoćnih osoba koje se smatraju prihvatljivima prema RPSZ-u.
