Conditions Governing Cancellation or Termination: Cancellation. A cancellation occurs between the date of signing the contract (online housing application) and the start of the contract term (date of assigned entry). If you wish to cancel, the housing contract after you have moved in, that becomes a Request for Termination. Cancellations must be submitted in writing with the student name and ID number. Cancellation fees are dependent upon date and are available at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/housing Termination: “Contract Termination” refers to the dissolution of a University Housing contract prior to its natural expiration. Specifically, a termination occurs anytime a contract ends between its start date (date of assigned entry) and its end date.   • Cancellation or Termination The Provider is the responsible party for honoring cancellation requests. Such requests must be received in writing. In either event, assessments already charged to the Student prior to termination or upon cancellation (i.e., late fees and cancellation fees) remain due and payable, and are not affected by the termination or cancellation.

  • Cancellation/Termination EY may terminate this Purchase Order in whole or in part, with or without cause, at any time and without liability, upon written notice to Supplier. In the event of any termination, Supplier shall promptly refund to EY any fees paid for Services or Work Product(s) that have not been provided as at the effective date of termination, and no further fees shall be due from EY in respect of the Services or Work Product(s).
