Conditions Not Specifically Covered. In the event operating conditions or service requirements arise due to length of voyage or other reasons not specifically covered by the Agreement, the Employer recognizes its obligations to negotiate on mandatory subjects of collective bargaining covered by law. The parties agree to negotiate immediately for the purposes of arriving at a mutually satisfactory supplemental agreement covering such operation.
