The Hirer shall be responsible during the period of hire for: – Being familiar with, and complying with, the guides provided for the use of the Premises Ensuring that the Premises are kept secure for the duration of the hire Supervision of the use of the Premises and the care of its fabric and contents Ensuring that the purpose and conduct of the hire does not disrupt the use of any other room hired by other persons Ensuring that the Premises including public areas are left clean and tidy with rubbish removed from the rented space at the end of the hire. If we are required to undertake a deep clean of the rented space after your booking, you accept you will be held liable for the full amount incurred in doing so and will be invoiced for any work undertaken in respect of such cleaning. Ensuring that all equipment, chairs and tables have been returned to their original positions safely, the Premises are cleared of people, all lights switched off, and the rented space secured. Ensuring that any temporary fittings and fixtures comply with Health and Safety guidance, and in particular ensuring that any decorations used are not a fire hazard. Ensuring that any equipment or electrical appliances brought onto the Premises and used there shall be certified safe (XXX Tested) and in good working order and used in a safe manner. Ensuring that no animals (including birds), except assist dogs are brought into the building, without written permission of the management on the occasion of a special event or hire agreed to by the management The Hirer shall: Ensure that the “Emergency Exit” signs are kept illuminated and not obscured. Ensure that the Fire Brigade is called to any outbreak of fire, however slight, and details given to the management. Prior to the start of an event indicate the fire exits and Evacuation Meeting Place to the persons attending the event. The Evacuation Meeting Place is outside the rear gates for the back of the building and on the pavement to the front of the building No person may re-enter the building without the permission of the Fire Brigade.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE. Agreements with Age Connects Morgannwg Not more than the number of persons in the acceptance of the application form or stipulated in the Agreement shall be allowed in the Academy premises at any one time. (see Section 6 of Hire Agreement) Use of the Academy premises or the relevant part thereof and entry thereto is limited to the purposes and times stated on the booking form and no sub-letting is permitted. The Hirer is responsible for and shall indemnify the hire Owners against all damage to the academy premises or equipment occurring during or in relation to the hiring or while persons are entering or leaving the academy premises pursuant to the hire, however and by whosoever caused. The Owners shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any property arising out of space at Cynon Linc the hiring nor for any loss, damage or injury which may be suffered by, or done or happened by any person using the academy premises during or in relation to the hiring arising from any cause whatsoever or any part thereof (“loss due to any breakdown of machinery, failure of supply of electricity or gas, leakage of water, fire, government restriction, requirement of the Premises”) are subject Local Education Authority or act of nature which may cause the premises to these Terms and Conditions of Hire (“the Hire Conditions”). The Hirer undertakes to ensure that they understand the Hire Conditions. The Hirer undertakes to be present, or arrange temporarily close for sufficient adult representatives to be present, throughout the hiring to ensure compliance with the provisions and stipulations contained be interrupted or referred to in these Hire Conditions and any relevant licensescancelled. The Hirer shall indemnify the Owners against any claim which may arise out of the hiring or which may be made by any person reporting to the Academy premises during or in relation to the hiring in respect of any such loss, damage or injury, but a formal written report should be made to the Owners within 24 hours. The right to remain on the Academy premises at any time during the hiring is reserved to the Owners and the Agent and any Police Officer. The Hirer must secure the preservation of order at all times, and take all reasonable steps to prevent injury, loss or damage to any person or property, on all occasions on which the premises are being used by virtue of such permission. The Hirer must arrange for an adequate number of responsible during stewards to be present throughout the period of hire for: – Being familiar withto assist in the preservation of order. No bolts, nails, screws, bits, pins, spikes or other objects shall be driven into the fabric or furnishings of any part of the academy premises. The Hirer shall at the expiration of the hiring leave the Academy premises in a clean and complying withorderly state. Where equipment and furniture had been provided, the guides provided Hirer will ensure that these are in like conditions and in position as found. The Hirer shall ensure all property brought into the premises for the use purposes of the Premises Ensuring hiring are removed before the expiration of the hiring. The Owners shall not be responsible for any property left behind and reserve the right to levy a charge whilst it is on the premises or dispose of it. No slogans, advertisements, flags, emblem or decorations shall be attached to the outside of the Academy premises whether affixed to the same of freestanding. The Hirer shall remove any slogan, advertisements, flag, emblem or decoration displayed inside the Academy premises if in the opinion of the Agent it shall be unlawful, unseemly or libellous or expose the premises to an undue risk or fire or is likely to lead to a disturbance or breach of the peace. No exits may be blocked or chairs or obstructions placed in corridors or fire appliances removed or tampered with. The Hirer shall ensure that users of the Premises premises are kept secure aware of evacuation procedures and of the locations of emergency exits and fire-fighting equipment. No lights or other electrical apparatus shall be connected to the academy electrical supply without prior permission. On permission being granted the Hirer should ensure that all are properly insulated, fused and electrical plugs and sockets are not to be overloaded. Cars must be parked in the spaces indicated and should be parked only for the duration of the hire Supervision hire. The Hirer is responsible for observing regulations attached to any music and dancing licence and any theatrical productions. No alcohol may be consumed on the premises without prior permission from the Owners. All legal requirements regarding the sale and consumption of the use of the Premises alcoholic liquor and the care performing of its fabric and contents Ensuring that the purpose and conduct of the hire does not disrupt the use of any other room hired by other persons Ensuring that the Premises including public areas are left clean and tidy with rubbish removed from the rented space at the end of the hire. If we are required to undertake a deep clean of the rented space after your booking, you accept you will be held liable for the full amount incurred in doing so and will be invoiced for any work undertaken in respect of such cleaning. Ensuring that all equipment, chairs and tables have been returned to their original positions safely, the Premises are cleared of people, all lights switched off, plays and the rented space secured. Ensuring that any temporary fittings exhibition of cinematography shall be observed and fixtures comply with Health and Safety guidance, and in particular ensuring that any decorations used are not a fire hazard. Ensuring that any equipment or electrical appliances brought onto the Premises and used there shall be certified safe (XXX Tested) and in good working order and used in a safe mannerno infringement of any copyright subsisting under the Copyright Act of 1965. Ensure that the Fire Brigade is called to any outbreak of firedamage, however slight, or change of any sort; and details given the behaviour of all persons using the Gallery Studio whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of car parking arrangements so as to avoid obstruction of the highway & emergency exits.
B. The Hirer shall not use the Gallery Studio for any purpose other than that described in the Agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the Gallery Studio or allow the Gallery Studio to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor do anything or bring onto the Property anything which may endanger the same or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof nor allow the consumption of alcohol thereon without written permission.
C. There is a strict NO SMOKING policy anywhere within the whole of the Property and the Hirer shall ensure that this is strictly observed. The Hirer will ensure that smoking is only permitted outside the property under the entrance canopy within 3 meters of the cigarette disposal bin and that all cigarettes are disposed of safely.
D. The Hirer shall ensure that nothing is done on or in relation to the management. Prior Gallery Studio in contravention of the law relating to gaming, betting and lotteries
E. If licences are required in respect of any activity in the Gallery Studio as permitted by the Hirer, the Hirer should ensure that they hold any and all relevant licences
F. Creative Art Courses reserves the right of access for its officers and representatives to all parts of the Gallery Studio and the Property at all times and requires that any stewards employed by the Hirer should be instructed accordingly.
G. All entrances and exits to the start Gallery Studio and the Property must be kept clear of an event indicate obstructions at all times and appropriate access for the fire exits and Evacuation Meeting Place disabled observed.
H. Alcohol is NOT permitted to be made available by the Hirer during the hire period; unless written permission has been given by Creative Art Courses. No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises by any persons connected to the persons attending Event. Persons in a state of intoxication or under the event. The Evacuation Meeting Place is outside influence of other substances shall not be allowed in the rear gates Gallery Studio at any time.
I. No animals shall be allowed in the Gallery Studio or the Property except guide or hearing dogs.
J. Creative Art Courses shall have the right to refuse any external services or activities that the Hirer may have arranged and does not accept any liability for the back acts or omissions of any Event visitor (except where Event Staffing is hired) or any person employed or engaged by the building and on Hirer in connection with the pavement to the front of the building No person may re-enter the building without the permission of the Fire BrigadeEvent.

Agreements with Age Connects Morgannwg The Hirer agrees to stay on the premises during the agreed hire time(s) and to ensure that they, and any of their guests or third parties whom they have engaged as a part of their hire: • Use the premises ONLY for the agreed use as agreed • Do NOT exceed the persons capacity for the room hired • Will end their hire at the time agreed as stated above – any additional hours or part hours will be charged at the full hourly rate at the discretion of space the EcoLocal Charity and will be deducted from the deposit held • Do NOT bring any flammable or explosive substances onto the premises or part premises AT ANY TIME • Do NOT bring ILLEGAL substances or drugs onto the premises or part premises at Cynon Linc any time • Ensure that where alcohol is consumed that this is only as a part of a private function and that it is NOT served to the public. EcoLocal does NOT have an alcohol license. The Hirer must not allow excess consumption of alcohol and is fully responsible for any problems or damage caused to individuals or property caused by any excess consumption of alcohol • That they must not apply for a Temporary Event Notice for any reason in conjunction with their hire without written consent from the EcoLocal charity. No activities should be taking place that require such a notice. • Ensure that NO SMOKING/VAPING or under-age drinking is conducted within the premises or part premises or near neighboring premises at any time, as a result of the hire • Cause NO DAMAGE to the hired room and / or any part thereof or fixture of the premises either used or used for access to the hired room or to neighbouring property. For the avoidance of doubt the Hirer is responsible for any damage, breakage or loss and they will incur a charge for repairs, replacement or loss • Immediately REPORT by email to the EcoLocal charity (“xxxx@XxxXxxxx.xxx.xx) any problems with damage to equipment or facilities or part premises or neighbouring property to explain the Premises”) are subject problem • Do not sub-let or transfer any part of the room or premises to these Terms and Conditions a third party • Act immediately for any reason in the event of Hire (“the Hire Conditions”)an EMERGENCY e.g. to turn off faulty equipment, react to fire or to call emergency services. The Hirer undertakes will need to ensure that they understand have their own charged mobile phone with them for use in the event of an EMERGENCY • Ensure that they are fully familiarised with the FIRE PROCEDURES displayed on the wall in the Hire ConditionsRoom. Note that adjacent/part premises are also occupied by residents who must be alerted immediately as per the Fire procedures • Comply with all standard Health and Safety requirements. A H&S poster is exhibited in the Garden Hall and Main Office Entrance lobby. • Do NOT cause any NOISE or NUISANCE to other users of part facilities or residents or neighbours. Note that there are residents living in The Lodge building with bedrooms at ground level and adjacent to room / hall exits. • Amplified music or Public Address systems are NOT PERMITTED. Quiet background music may be permitted by prior written agreement with the EcoLocal charity. The Hirer undertakes EcoLocal charity reserves the right to REQUIRE music to be presentswitched off at ANY TIME • Ensure that their attendees only PARK in the REAR Car Park and NOT anywhere else on site and not for a duration that exceeds the individual hire time(s) covered by this agreement • The EcoLocal charity will NOT take responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or equipment while on the premises or part premises. (EcoLocal will however contact the Hirer if personal items are left behind) • Ensure that drawing pins, staples, blue tack, sticky tape or arrange self-adhesive decorations or notices are NOT used on any surface • Ensure that nothing is affixed or removed without the written permission of the EcoLocal charity • Ensure that the room hired and / or any part premises used is left CLEAN and fully TIDY and that any plates or other equipment and materials used such as tables and chairs are cleaned and neatly packed away and that any instructions e.g. for sufficient adult representatives to be present, throughout the hiring to ensure compliance with the provisions and stipulations contained or referred to in these Hire Conditions and any relevant licenses. The Hirer shall be responsible during the period of hire for: – Being familiar with, and complying with, the guides provided for the use of the Premises Ensuring that dishwasher in the Premises Garden Hall are kept secure followed • REMOVE ALL recycling and waste created by their hire at the END OF EACH usage time/date. Such materials to be taken away from site and not left at or anywhere around the hire premises site UNLESS specific arrangement are made with the EcoLocal charity to do so – for the duration avoidance of the hire Supervision of the use of the Premises doubt, such arrangements will have been agreed in WRITING beforehand • Ensure that all equipment and the care of its fabric and contents Ensuring that the purpose and conduct of the hire does not disrupt the use of any other room hired by other persons Ensuring that the Premises including public areas are left clean and tidy with rubbish removed from the rented space heating is TURNED OFF at the end of each hire occasion, unless otherwise agreed in writing • That the hired premises is FULLY LOCKED and ALARMS set as a part of leaving and that THE HIRER HAS DOUBLE CHECKED THIS – THE HIRER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF NOT HAVING SWITCHED OFF AND LOCKED UP CORRECTLY • KEYS are returned to the EcoLocal charity at the agreed time and agreed place Taking all reasonable steps to ensure that children and vulnerable adults attending their hire. If we : • are required to undertake a deep clean protected from harm or injury at all times in all parts of the rented space after your booking, you accept you will be held liable premises • and that if the Hire is for the full amount incurred in doing so and will be invoiced provision of an activity for any work undertaken in respect of such cleaning. Ensuring that all equipment, chairs and tables have been returned to their original positions safelychildren or vulnerable adults, the Premises Hirer hereby confirms that they are cleared in possession of people, all lights switched off, a full and valid current DBS check clearing them to work with such groups and that they have an up to date safeguarding policy in place • Provision of their own first aiders as the rented space secured. Ensuring that Hirer deems necessary and their own first aid kits • Adherence to any temporary fittings and fixtures comply with Health and Safety guidance, and in particular ensuring that any decorations used are not other requests made by EcoLocal by email as a fire hazard. Ensuring that any equipment or electrical appliances brought onto the Premises and used there shall be certified safe (XXX Tested) and in good working order and used in a safe manner. The Hirer shall not use the Gallery Studio for any purpose other than that described in the Agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the Gallery Studio or allow the Gallery Studio to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor do anything or bring onto the Property anything which may endanger the same or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof nor allow the consumption of alcohol thereon without written permission.
C. There is a strict NO SMOKING policy anywhere within the whole of the Property and the Hirer shall ensure that this is strictly observed. The Hirer will ensure that smoking is only permitted outside the property under the entrance canopy within 3 meters of the cigarette disposal bin and that all cigarettes, including e-cigarettes, are disposed of safely.
D. The Hirer shall ensure that nothing is done on or in relation to the management. Prior Gallery Studio in contravention of the law relating to gaming, betting and lotteries
E. If licences are required in respect of any activity in the Gallery Studio as permitted by the Hirer, the Hirer should ensure that they hold any and all relevant licences.
F. Creative Art Courses reserves the right of access for its officers and representatives to all parts of the Gallery Studio and the Property at all times and requires that any stewards employed by the Hirer should be instructed accordingly.
G. All entrances and exits to the start Gallery Studio and the Property must be kept clear of an event indicate obstructions at all times and appropriate access for the fire exits and Evacuation Meeting Place disabled observed.
H. Alcohol is NOT permitted to be made available by the Hirer during the hire period; unless written permission has been given by Creative Art Courses. No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises by any persons connected to the persons attending Event. Persons in a state of intoxication or under the event. The Evacuation Meeting Place is outside influence of other substances shall not be allowed in the rear gates Gallery Studio at any time.
I. No animals shall be allowed in the Gallery Studio or the Property except guide or hearing dogs.
J. Creative Art Courses shall have the right to refuse any external services or activities that the Hirer may have arranged and does not accept any liability for the back acts or omissions of any Event visitor (except where Event Staffing is hired) or any person employed or engaged by the building and on Hirer in connection with the pavement to the front of the building No person may re-enter the building without the permission of the Fire BrigadeEvent.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE. Agreements Igloodivine quotation for hire charges is made on the assumption that the site on which the equipment is to be erected or to which goods are to be delivered is; * Flat level firm ground with Age Connects Morgannwg easy access for heavy motor transport and that the area for the hire of space at Cynon Linc or any part thereof (“the Premises”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Hire (“the Hire Conditions”). The Hirer undertakes to ensure that they understand the Hire Conditions. The Hirer undertakes igloo to be present, or arrange for sufficient adult representatives to be present, throughout sited is at least the hiring to ensure compliance with the provisions and stipulations contained or referred to in these Hire Conditions and any relevant licenses. If we are required Igloodivine shall not be liable to undertake a deep clean the hirer for any loss, damage or expense resulting from such termination of the rented space after your booking, contract. Should you accept you will be held liable have any concerns regarding the site for the full amount incurred igloo or access then please do contact us for other options. * All equipment on hire is to be set up and dismantled by igloodivine and their employees only. * No heating or cooking within igloo other than by electrical appliances or purpose designated butane. * Generators are to be situated away from the igloo with the exhaust facing away. * Barbecue equipment or open fires outside to be placed a minimum of fifteen feet from the igloo and not left unattended whilst in doing so and will use. Please be invoiced for aware of loose embers flying around. * Please do not hang any work undertaken large weight from any of the poles (including people!) without prior permission from ourselves – they are only designed to hold the igloo up not support any weight. * PLEASE NOTE NAKED FLAMES OR SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE IGLOOS. * Under no circumstances are Xxx xxxxx/Straw xxxxx permitted inside the igloo when there is coconut matting in place. * All goods hired are charged whether used or not. * Igloodivine reserves the right to terminate the booking without notice if there is a breach of conditions. * Maximum length of hire is 2 days, unless agreed by igloodivine Whether the site complies with the foregoing requirements listed in 2 above or not, igloodivine shall not be under any liability whatsoever to make good any damage to the site nor shall the igloodivine be under any liability whatsoever in respect of damage to drains, pipes or cables or other services buried under the site or otherwise concealed or any consequential loss resulting from such cleaning. Ensuring that all equipmentdamage unless an accurate plan showing the precise position of such drains, chairs and tables pipes or cables or other services shall have been returned supplied to their original positions safely, the Premises are cleared of people, all lights switched off, and the rented space secured. Ensuring that any temporary fittings and fixtures comply with Health and Safety guidance, and in particular ensuring that any decorations used are not a fire hazard. Ensuring that any equipment or electrical appliances brought onto the Premises and used there shall be certified safe (XXX Tested) and in good working order and used in a safe manner. Ensuring that no animals (including birds), except assist dogs are brought into the building, without written permission of the management on the occasion of a special event or hire agreed to by the management The Hirer shall: Ensure that the “Emergency Exit” signs are kept illuminated and not obscured. Ensure that the Fire Brigade is called to any outbreak of fire, however slight, and details given to the management. Prior to the start of an event indicate the fire exits and Evacuation Meeting Place to the persons attending the event. The Evacuation Meeting Place is outside the rear gates for the back of the building and on the pavement to the front of the building No person may re-enter the building without the permission of the Fire Brigadeigloodivine.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE. Agreements with Age Connects Morgannwg 2.1 The Hirer must ensure that it has all necessary planning and other legal approvals for the hire erection of space at Cynon Linc or any part thereof (“the Premises”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Hire (“equipment being supplied by the Hire Conditions”)Company. The Hirer undertakes will indemnify the Company against any actions as a result of the Hirer not having gained any necessary approvals.
2.2 The Hirer will ensure that all obstructions to the site are removed by the Hirer and that the Company, its staff and agents have suitable and safe access to the site for the purposes of delivering and erecting or dismantling the equipment. The Company will take reasonable care in the provision of its services but accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused to any obstructing items in or on the site that have not been removed by the Hirer.
2.3 Unless notified in writing to the contrary before the date of contract, the Company shall be entitled to assume that: The Hire charges are based on the assumption that the site is suitable for erection of the EPIC SHELTERS, has easy and firm access for motor transport, and that no drains, cables or other services are buried beneath the surface or otherwise concealed which might suffer damage as a result of transport, erection, use and dismantling of the equipment. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage that might occur to said underground services where the location has not been notified to the Company.
2.4 In the event of the failure to notify the Company of any of the foregoing circumstances before the date of the contract, the Company shall at its discretion and without prejudice to clause 1.4 be entitled to re-determine the hire charge or impose additional charges to cover any reasonably anticipated additional costs or expenses or treat the contract as cancelled.
2.5 Prior to the commencement of the Hire Period the Hirer shall notify the Company of the precise position on the site for the erection of the said equipment and provide a plan. In the absence of such notification or in the event of a direction being given by any person having apparent authority in respect of the site (other than the Hirer) the Company shall be at liberty without being liable to the Hirer to erect the equipment in such position as the Company thinks fit or as directed. The Company will (subject to Clause 2.11) dismantle and remove the equipment from the site within a reasonable time following termination of the Hire Period and the Hirer shall ensure that the Company shall have access to the site at all reasonable times for such purposes.
2.6 The Company reserves the right to deliver equipment by several separate deliveries and any failure or delay in delivering any part of this will not entitle the Hirer to treat the contract as a whole as cancelled.
2.7 If the Hirer refuses to accept, or fails to ensure that they understand adequate access to the site for, delivery of the equipment at the times notified by the Company for delivery, the Hirer will, in addition to the hire charge, be liable for all additional costs (for example the Company’s restocking storage and redelivery charges, demurrage on site) incurred as a result of the refusal or failure.
2.8 The Hirer will allow access or the use of such plant vehicles required to unload the delivery upon arrival at the Site and to load the Companies vehicles after the Hire ConditionsPeriod has ended.
2.9 While the Company will try to uphold all requests of the Hirer, the Company reserves the right at any time to make changes to the specification of any equipment or services which are necessary to comply with any applicable safety or other legal requirements or guidelines, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the equipment or services.
2.10 The Hirer will not use lighting, heating, cooking, gas or other electrical equipment of any kind without prior consent from the Company. The use of naked flames in the vicinity of the Equipment is prohitbited.
2.11 Whilst the Company will endeavour to notify the Hirer of any delays, all dates and times quoted for performance of services or delivery of the equipment are approximate only and time of delivery and installation are not of the essence of the contract. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or installation for any reason beyond its reasonable control including without limitation:
a) Force majeure b) Inclement weather c) Loss or damage by fire d) Civil commotion, strike or lockout affecting any of the trades employed by the Company. e) Accident or breakdown in transport f) Any other cause beyond the Company’s control.
2.12 It is a condition of the Agreement that the Equipment is throughout the Hire Period comprehensively insured for the benefit of the Company against all risks including risks of theft, loss, damage and third party liability The Hirer must provide to the Company evidence of cover in advance of the commencement of the Hire Period. The Hirer undertakes agrees to be present, or arrange for sufficient adult representatives to be present, throughout the hiring to ensure compliance with the provisions and stipulations contained or referred to in these Hire Conditions and any relevant licenses. The Hirer shall be responsible during the period of hire for: – Being familiar with, and complying with, the guides provided for the use of the Premises Ensuring that the Premises are kept secure for the duration of the hire Supervision of the use of the Premises and the care of its fabric and contents Ensuring that the purpose and conduct of the hire does not disrupt the use of any other room hired by other persons Ensuring that the Premises including public areas are left clean and tidy with rubbish removed from the rented space at the end of the hire. If we are required to undertake a deep clean of the rented space after your booking, you accept you will be held liable for the full amount incurred in doing so and will be invoiced for any work undertaken indemnify the Company in respect of such cleaning. Ensuring that all equipmentclaims, chairs costs, damages, expenses, losses and tables have been returned other liability the Company may suffer or incur as a result of or in connections with any inadequacy of, defect in, non- payment of premiums for, refusal of cover or of claims under, or failure throughout the Hire Period to their original positions safely, maintain the Premises are cleared of people, all lights switched off, and the rented space secured. Ensuring that any temporary fittings and fixtures comply with Health and Safety guidance, and in particular ensuring that any decorations used are not a fire hazard.
