Conditions Precedent to Subsequent Loans. The obligation of each Lender to make any Loan requested to be made by it after the Restatement Date is subject to Agent's receipt of the following documents: (a) with respect to each Borrowing Base Property, the documents described in Section 4.1(e), to the extent not previously delivered to Agent prior to the Funding Date; (b) an original and duly executed Notice of Borrowing; (c) no later than the date of delivery of the Notice of Borrowing, a current Borrowing Base Certificate and if any Loans have been made previously during the month such Borrowing Base Certificate is delivered, then a current Loan Availability Certificate, as well; and
