Conditions Requiring Mandatory Technology Enhancements. ‌ Subject to Section 8.2, Developer at its expense shall be obligated to make Technology Enhancements on the systems it provides as and when necessary (a) to correct defects, (b) under the Renewal Work Schedule, (c) to meet the provisions of the Technical Requirements; and (d) to comply with changes and additions to, and replacements of, the Technical Requirements relating to the Work (collectively, “Mandatory Technology Enhancements”).
