Conditions to Initial Loan Advance. This Credit Agreement, including the obligation of the Lender to make the Loans requested to be made by it, shall not become effective until the date (the “Closing Date”) on which each of the following conditions is satisfied or provided for in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Lender, or duly waived in writing by the Lender in accordance with Section 7.5:
