Conditions to Second Advance. The agreement of Lender to make the Second Advance is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent as of the Second Advance Date:
Conditions to Second Advance. In addition to the conditions set forth in Section 6.04 (Conditions to Each Commercial Bank Loan Borrowing), the obligation of each Commercial Bank Lender to make available its Second Advance is subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent specified in Schedule 5.3 (Conditions to Second Advance) of the Common Terms Agreement, in each case to the satisfaction of the Majority Aggregate Secured Credit Facilities Debt Participants, unless, in each case, waived by the Majority Aggregate Secured Credit Facilities Debt Participants.
Conditions to Second Advance. In addition to the conditions set forth in Section 5.4 (Conditions to Each Advance), the obligation of each Facility Lender to make available its Second Advance is subject to the satisfaction of each of the conditions set forth in Schedule 5.3 (Conditions to Second Advance), in each case, to the satisfaction of the Majority Aggregate Secured Credit Facilities Debt Participants, unless, in each case, waived by the Majority Aggregate Secured Credit Facilities Debt Participants.
Conditions to Second Advance. Unless waived in writing by Requisite Lenders, the obligation of any Lender to make the second Advance is subject to the satisfaction of the following further conditions precedent:

Conditions to Second Advance. The second Advance hereunder shall be further subject to the following conditions having been fulfilled on the date such Advance is requested by the Borrower unless waived in writing by the Lender:
Conditions to Second Advance. Lender shall not be obligated to make the Second Advance unless the following conditions are satisfied in the sole and absolute discretion of Lender, except to the extent that Lender may elect (which election may be made without written or express notice of such election) to waive any such conditions:
