Condominium Residence. Pursuant to Article VII of the Declaration, you have been approved as a Qualified Occupant of Unit No. (“your Unit”). Your right to live in your Unit is subject to the terms of the Declaration, this Agreement and the rules and regulations of Villa Marin.
