CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY. 6.01 The mutual interest of the Municipality and employees towards the achievement of sound, efficient administration of the affairs of the Municipality, individually and collectively, shall be observed at all times. The Municipality expects of all its employees, the highest standard of ethics and personal integrity in the execution of their duties, and it shall be the responsibility of the respective Directors to oversee and give guidance as may be deemed necessary or as otherwise may be directed in the endeavour to maintain this condition.
