– Conduct and Right to Privacy. 1. Employees have a right to conduct their private life as they see fit, both during duty and non- duty hours, and to engage in legal activities of their own choosing, including outside employment during non-duty hours, without any requirement to report said activity to the Agency, except as required by federal law. However, an employee’s activities, behavior, and/or statements, to include on or posted/uploaded to or through an internet site or forum, platform, or social media application may be subject to monitoring by the Agency and could become the basis for administrative action if nexus is established between the activity, behavior, or statements and the employee’s affiliation with the US Government, to include actions or statements in support of overthrowing said government.
