Common use of Conduct of Development Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Development. Gen-Probe shall conduct its respective obligations under the Development Program for the Clinical Diagnostic Instruments in compliance in all material respects with all requirements of applicable laws and regulations and all applicable good laboratory, clinical and manufacturing practices. Gen-Probe shall proceed diligently with its respective obligations under such Development Program and shall use its respective Commercially Reasonable Efforts to achieve its objectives efficiently and expeditiously.

Conduct of Development. Gen-Probe shall conduct its respective obligations under the Development Program for the each Initial Clinical Diagnostic Instruments Assay in compliance in all material respects with all requirements of applicable laws and regulations and all applicable good laboratory, clinical and manufacturing practices. Gen-Probe shall proceed diligently with its respective obligations under each such Development Program and shall use its respective Commercially Reasonable Efforts to achieve its objectives efficiently and expeditiously. Gen-Probe shall allocate sufficient personnel, equipment, facilities and other resources to each such Development Program to carry out its obligations and to accomplish the objectives thereof.
