Conduct of Union Affairs. A. A representative or representatives of the Union, not to exceed two (2) at one time, shall be permitted access to the Company service stations, after arranging a mutually agreeable time with the Station Manager or other higher level management representa­ tive in charge of station, for the purpose of assisting in the adjustment of grievances or disputes involving em­ ployees covered by this Agreement. Union representa­ tives shall not interfere with employees on active duty nor with the conduct of Company business.
